EuroPride 2024

EuroPride 2024, set to take place from June 21st to 29th in Thessaloniki, Greece, is a significant event for the LGBTI community, especially following the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic. With the theme ‘Persevere, Progress, Prosper’, the festival aims to address ongoing challenges while celebrating queer identity through a variety of events including film screenings, conferences, art and museum exhibitions focusing on LGBTI history and culture.

The festivities will be spread across various venues in Thessaloniki, known for its vibrant food culture, nightlife, and strong LGBTI presence. The event will culminate in a grand parade on June 29th through the historical city center, featuring the white tower illuminated in rainbow colors.

EuroPride 2024 in Thessaloniki not only celebrates the local LGBTI community but also seeks to combat discrimination and foster hope and inclusivity in the Balkans and Europe. The festival, which has grown in attendance since its inception in 2012, invites everyone to join in this 9-day celebration of love and acceptance, under the auspices of various organizations and proud partners.
