Christopher Street Day

The CSD (Christopher Street Day) 2024 event in the state capital of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) will take place on Johannes-Rau-Platz. Here's a breakdown of the event schedule:

• CSD Church Service: Friday, May 24 at 17:00. This service marks the beginning of the weekend's festivities, offering a spiritual reflection and community gathering.

• CSD Street Festival: Starting Friday, May 24 at 18:00 and continuing until Sunday, May 26 at 29:00. The festival will feature various activities, food and drink from local vendors, and possibly booths set up by community organizations and sponsors.

• CSD Demonstration: Saturday, May 25 starting at 12:00. This is the main parade and public demonstration, a vibrant and visible manifestation of pride and rights advocacy.

The times are subject to change, but the dates are set for that weekend.

The event also invites applications from gastronomy partners and advertisements for the program booklet as well as sponsors, who are encouraged to contact the organizing team via email.

Additionally, artists interested in performing on stage are welcome to reach out, although the program only has a few hours available, limiting the number of performances.
